Wildcrafting is the art of harvesting plants that are found growing in their wild or natural habitat. These are uncultivated medicinal plants. To wildcraft, one must be able to identify many plant characteristics and growing conditions. This is a difficult skill to master; the untrained eye can easily mistake a useful herb for a common weed or poisonous plant.

Because wildcrafting is seasonal, all of our harvesting takes place between early May and late September in the wonderful Land of Enchantment, the State of New Mexico. This means we have to collect enough herbs in a small amount of time to supply our customers for the non-seasonal year. Don’t be fooled. This is no easy task. You must be prepared for all elements that nature has to offer. You can easily get hurt or even die.
