  Osha (Porters Lovage Root) is a perennial used for its medicinal and spiritual properties. This American native herb is found in the Southern Rocky Mountains. It was both a sacred and indispensable herb to many Native American tribes because of its antibacterial properties.
 Capulin (Wild Cherry Bark) is a tree native to North America. The bark is stripped during the summer and fall for medicinal use. Settlers found it helpful in making cough syrup and in external applications as a poultice for treating ulcers and abscesses.
 Regaliz (Licorice Root) is an herbaceous perennial native to Southern Europe and parts of Asia. This flavorful herb has been used in medicinal remedies for thousands of years in both Eastern and Western medicine to treat a variety of illnesses, ranging from the common cold to liver disease. This herb has long been valued as a demulcent and expectorant.
